Next weekend we are playing host to the ever excellent Stephane Benedetti. Those of you who have trained with Mr Benedetti on other occasions when he’s visited us will be able to vouch for the quality of his teaching, which is soft and subtle. A favoured saying of his is that “laziness is an exact science!”

I m in Wales for holiday about two months. Is that any chance i can join tha course?
I am not a student but I do Aikido back home since July 2008.
